Kevin is a strong soldier in the battle against psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. Happy, for the most part, to follow along with my crazy ideas to better our health.

Together we are parents of 2 goofy fur babies, Aslan (Bearded Collie) and Ghost (Newfoundland). We are also embarking on a new adventure into foster parenting (real children, not fur babies).
